NIELIT (DOEACC) 'O' Level certification is a one-year duration certification programme recognized by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. Offered under NIELIT/DOEACC Scheme, the certification is equivalent to foundation level courses in Computer Applications. The qualifying exam to obtain a NIELIT (DOEACC) 'O' Level certification is organized by the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT). Candidates who possess a NIELIT (DOEACC) 'O' Level certification are eligible for the employment opportunities under Central Government. The objective of NIELIT (DOEACC) 'O' level certification is to enable a student to acquire the knowledge pertaining to fundamentals of Information Technology. Some of these basics include Information Tools and Network Basics,Web Designing and Web Publishing, Programming and Problem Solving through Python, Internet Of Things And Its Applications, a Practical and Project Work.
